All our smearhead assemblies are manufactured from high quality steels, through hardened and double nitrided.
Other surface coatings can be supplied upon request.
Avian carries a wide selection of smearhead assemblies in stock to suit machines such as Arburg, Engel, Battenfield, Kawaguchi, Dong Shin and Haitian to name a few.
If we don't have the smearhead assembly in stock, we can generally have them manufactured and on its way to you in a short turnaround.
